A major throwback to the photographs I took on a trip I took to Cuba way back when.
Enjoy!
I have been wanting to make a post with these photographs for a long time, and finally, I have gotten to it.
Somewhere in the mid-2000s, I traveled to Cuba with my Mamiya M7, an amazing medium format Rangefinder, and several rolls of BnW 120mm film. At the time my favourite was Ilford and Agfa Film. I photographed parked cars against Havana cityscapes. I processed the film in Agfa Rodinal and then handprinted them in the darkroom.
Sadly I was in Cuba for only 2 weeks. I would have loved to shoot more of these icons.
